PERSONAL TRAINER
You will wake up at 4:30am. You will get to the gym, your 6am appointment cancelled. You nap. You eat your hard boiled eggs and sweet potatoes. You train two clients. You nap. You workout. You eat a protein shake. You train two clients. You eat 6oz of steak and brown rice with kale. You train 2 clients. You make it home at 10pm. You do one activity for 30 minutes and as you fall asleep you contemplate online training or being Instagram famous, but you are too tired to finish your thoughts. Alarm rings. It's 4:30am.
